Mudra is a wrist-worn gesture recognition device. It enables the user to control technology wirelessly by using various subtle finger movements. Proprietary sensors capture bipotential signals on the wrist, and algorithms translate and classify them to as a user-intended gesture.
Discrete gestures are individual finger movement – index finger, thumb finger, the soft tap of the index or middle finger on the thumb, which are used as functions to navigate menus – select, scroll up/down, go back.
Continuous and gradational fingertip pressure applied between fingers or on physical are used for drag and drop, zoom-in or out, rotate holograms.
A user wearing Augmented Reality glasses can navigate through data layers and organize markups without field of view limitations, indoors and outdoors, day and night.
Mudra offers immersive Virtual Reality experiences where the fingers are free to reach out, hold and throw virtual game objects, drag and drop items, anywhere – no external setup required.
The device offers Smartwatch operation using the same hand that wears it. The user can respond to notifications using simple gestures, while multi-tasking, on-the-go.
Mudra device signals can be used as a monitor and as a control interface for Sports Analytics and Console Video games.
